Our hire boats and kiosk are located near the Wallingford bridge, at the bottom of the steps adjacent to the Boat House pub terrace, across the river from the Riverside Park & Pools splash-park. (Use postcode OX10 0BL to locate our site, if you are coming by foot.)
If you are coming by car, use the Riverside Car Park.
The Riverside Car Park (postcode OX10 8EB), right across the river from our Wallingford boat hire location, is the closest place to park your car when you visit us.
Once your car is parked, it is a short 4 minute walk across the Wallingford bridge and then down the steps on your right.
Our hire boat is located at The Beetle & Wedge Riverside Inn & Restaurant on Ferry Lane in Moulsford, Oxfordshire (OX10 9JF).

Parking spaces at The Beetle & Wedge are very limited, so (unless you have also pre-booked a meal) please park in the village car park at the Recreation Ground, which is located a 7 minute walk away on the main road between Streatley and Wallingford.

By ROAD

Leave the M4 at Junction 12 and take the exit towards Theale, go straight over the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the A340 to Pangbourne, and once there the A329 to Streatley.
In Streatley turn right at the first set of traffic lights. The Swan at Streatley is on the left hand side just before the bridge.
By RAIL
There is a regular service from Reading to Goring & Streatley which takes just 15 minutes. The hotel and our boat hire location are located half a mile (a 15 minute walk) from the railway station.
When coming BY RAIL please follow the directions from the Goring & Streatley railway station in the map below.
When coming BY ROAD, please use the Streatley Recreation Ground car park (postcode RG8 9HU), located a 3-minute walk away from The Swan at Streatley. See the map below for walking directions.

By ROAD:

Leave the M4 at Junction 10 and follow signs for the A329(M) towards Reading. Take the exit towards Woodley/Earley and follow signs for Sonning.
Once in Sonning, cross Sonning Bridge, and The Great House is located on the right-hand side immediately after the bridge.

The Great House provides ample free parking for customers. Simply follow the signs for Coppa Club to locate the car park entrance. During peak hours (lunch & dinner time) parking spaces may be limited, so you might need to wait a few minutes for a spot to become available. It may be a good idea to factor this in when arriving for your scheduled boat hire.
